Last one across the bridge - Leon Moore.

Putting "Cotopaxi" sign on the new bridge 

Uncertain if this was just after the bridge was built or after the ice flood (see below).

Left to Right:  John Young, Floyd Long, Nelson Moore, Paul Hobbs (?), David Dunn, Leon Moore.

Looks like we borrowed the county backhoe - Paul Hobbs worked for the county then.

Dad (Leon) was the welder.

Below, I think that's Dad in the loader bucket setting up the oxygen/acetylene bottles.

The county and highway road crews were clearing out an ice dam at the bridge.

I think they cut the sign off to make sure it didn't get damaged.
